Amanda’s yoga journey began right here at Core & Restore, where she took her first yoga class and fell in love with the supportive community and the energizing heated environment. What started as a personal practice quickly evolved into a deep passion for movement and mindfulness. Now as a 200 hour RYT, she’s honored to guide students in the very place where her love for yoga took root. She describes her teaching style as playful and fun, with an emphasis on curiosity and exploration. Amanda’s favorite part of teaching is helping students surprise themselves—whether it’s finding strength in a pose they didn’t think was possible or stepping into something brand new. Off the mat, Amanda works as a NICU nurse, and loves running, hiking, and baking.
