My yoga journey began in 2006. I fell in love with Bikram Yoga from day one and decided to go to teacher training a few months after. After completing teacher training, I have traveled and taught in the USA, Japan, Indonesia, New Zealand, UK, Sweden, Australia, and China. Currently, I am studying Yoga Therapy, and recently completed my Master’s Degree in Yoga studies at Loyola Marymount University. Originally, I started practicing yoga so I could be fit and flexible. However I realized that the practice can offer so much more; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I am really looking forward to sharing this magical practice with everyone.
