Three years ago Rachel walked into Carrie’s for the first time. It was love at first sight for her and the studio. She thought the community and the workout were unmatched, so in February 2020 she got her Carrie’s certification — when you fall in love with something, you gotta share it with the world.    Growing up Rachel was always active, playing both soccer and basketball for the majority of her life. She made her way to California from the midwest, rediscovering her love for fitness along the way. Fitness has been a saving grace for her and she wants to help others to experience all the goodness there is to find in movement. Rachel wants people to have a fresh outlook and perspective when it comes to how they view themselves, she wants people to feel confident and at home in their bodies. Carrie’s helped her do that and she hopes it can help you too.
