Essential Physical Therapy and Pilates opened its doors in 2007. We are the only comprehensively equipped Pilates studio in the Montpelier, VT area with five reformers, a cadillac, chair, and barrel. The Pilates side of our business offers group reformer classes for beginners through advanced students as well as prenatal pilates and osteoporosis pilates. In addition to reformer we have Mat Pilates and Private Pilates sessions using all the equipment. Our space is also equipped with a changing room and shower for your convenience.
