The Sanctuary is a Christ-centered yoga studio in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Our classes are designed to strengthen your body & soul simultaneously. The physical postures, or asanas of yoga, combined with breath work, strengthen the body and enhance flexibility. While the emphasis of connecting and surrendering to divine love strengthens the soul. This is a faith-based practice, but all are welcome and respected regardless of religion affiliation, denomination or orientation. We strive to make this a safe place for all!
