Eve St John has been an inspirational figure in fitness for over 20 years and has concentrated the last 10 plus years on different styles of Yoga and encouraging her students to listen to their bodies, and nurture both their bodies and souls. She focuses on helping students to be grateful for their past and present and to embrace the future, finding gratitude wherever they are. She says “Know in your heart that your best is yet to come”. Eve encourages her students, to be authentic, kind and loving not just to others but especially to themselves. Eve teaches an ashtanga based Vinyasa, that empowers not just the body but the mind. Her music (she spends hours customizing play lists for her classes) with inspiring themes, as well as her creative vinyasa flows are sure to leave you feeling recharged. Eve’s classes can challenge the most elite athlete yet not intimidate a beginner. Eve is a nationally certified yoga instructor through the Yoga Alliance, as well as certified in many different disciplines of fitness. Eve has been an inspirational speaker, life coach, personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She is also the President of Eve St. John LLC where she designs inspirational products for everyone, to ignite their spirits and help them achieve their goals and dreams through her designs and the stories that accompany her designs. Eve believes that “We all need a reminder” to help in realizing how amazing we all are. She reminds her students in each class how their uniqueness, their story, makes them so perfect and one of a kind. Eve has been published in many articles over the past 20 years and recognized in magazines and newspapers both nationally and internationally. She has been referenced in articles as the "Patron Saint of Yoga” and has been listed in Elle's "IT list" and YOGA Magazine listed her DVDs, as "hot workouts". Eve was also selected as a Lululemon Ambassador. In 2015 Eve was featured twice on “Dr. Joy Show” TV show demonstrating her uplifting yoga and principles and then also for her spiritual inspiring meditation practice and her successful “Gratitude Kit and Jewelry". Eve was also recognized by Lifetime Fitness as the top teacher in 2017 for Lifetime in Bergen County. Eve’s goal is to continue to inspire every person that she meets no matter where she is, in a way that changes their life for the better. She wants to ignite their light and spirit whether it’s through classes, or through her designs.
