Katrina’s yoga classes combine accessible practices and practical tools linked together with a dry sense of humor. She has been leading yoga classes, workshops, trainings, and events since 2011 and loves making yoga a fun and welcoming space for all. Katrina has thousands of hours of yoga teacher training including over one thousand hours of yoga therapy training, specializing in post-traumatic growth. Katrina loves working with all humans, especially those who think yoga isn’t for them. She sees your tight hamstrings and challenges you to a good time through accessible (yet challenging) movement, intentional breathing, and deep relaxation.
