“Hi, I’m Nyssa! I’m a 200-hour RYT who completed my training this past June. With a background in Allied Health and a passion for physical therapy, I love blending mindful movement with functional strength and mobility. My goal is to create classes that leave you feeling grounded, challenged, and connected—both physically and mentally. Outside of teaching yoga, you’ll usually find me strength training, exploring calisthenics, or dabbling in jiu-jitsu. I believe movement should be fun, empowering, and something that supports your overall well-being on and off the mat.”
