We believe that healing oneself is a partnership with not only one’s mind through traditional psychotherapy, but also with one’s body through more eastern type healing modalities emphasizing Mindfulness such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, Yoga, Reiki, Massage, Nutrition, Ayurveda, Aromatherapy, Journaling, Meditation and Pranayama (breathwork).   Our team of therapists are trained, certified and experienced in the most sensitive fields of care that affect us as individuals, couples, families, children, teenagers and adults that occur on all levels of one’s sense of being.
