Beth Steeley (E-RYT 200, Zumba Certification, Silver Sneakers Fitness Certified) Beth has been involved in fitness training and yoga practice since 1998. Her variety of certifications allows her to bring insight, diversity and challenges to her students. First and foremost she considers herself a yoga instructor, earning teacher training Level 3 (ERYT 200) with the School Yoga Institute (2008). She was specifically trained in Hatha Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, and a unique Restorative style of yoga incorporating the use of chakras that encourages emotional release. Most recently she has become certified in the Silver Sneakers Fitness Program for seniors. She has been specifically trained in teaching older adults how to improve their agility, balance, coordination and activities for daily living by increasing their muscular strength and range of motion. With her range of certifications/training she is able to use her knowledge to greatly enrich her Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga offerings. She brings a light energy and enthusiasm to her teaching, guiding and gently encouraging students leading them to gain confidence and a sense of empowerment. Beth embodies her passion for yoga; she brings a focused energy to all she offers her students as they enrich body, mind and soul.
