My practice of yoga began in 2017, well into my career in the fitness industry. I started personal training in 2007 and have worked with all kinds of fitness styles and individuals. I've taught Bootcamp, TRX, Barre, Mat Pilates, Silver Sneakers and Stretch. My background is rooted in strength and conditioning, body alignment and flexibility. In my class, my focus is for all to feel revived and use the flow as a moving meditation. Whether it is a faster paced vinyasa, or slowed down to feel each posture and breath. I encourage each person to allow the music and energy of that day, to guide their practice. Originally from San Diego, I've been living in San Antonio since 2022. Shortly after moving here, we found out I was pregnant with my son. It has been a great journey and I'm so fortunate for all that has come my way. I'm excited to be back in the studio teaching and getting to know the community!
