Our boutique- style studio offers a variety of Infrared sweat sessions including unique, private infrared yoga/ pilates/ deep stretching virtual classes, Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna cabins, private ”MIRROR” personal training to compliment your sauna session, Red Light Therapy tower, Infrared Cocoon Pod, Whole Body Cryotherapy, NAD+, Vitamin/Amino Acid IV drips & Injectables, along with other options like the Somadome Meditation Pod and Compression Therapy. Private one-on-one yoga/pilates/deep stretching sessions with on of our fabulous instructors is also available upon request. All of our clients get Reverse- Osmosis, Alkaline water complimentary with every session. Shower also available.
