We are a 501(c)3 non-profit performing arts group serving the San Gabriel Valley in Los Angeles, CA. Born out of the Keener Music Studio, Top Billing Entertainment’s goal is to bring professional level instruction and performance opportunities to performers of all ages and abilities at no or low cost. Our vision is that every performer be treated as if they had “top billing.” We will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, marital status, parental status, or any other legally protected status in any of our policies, programs and practices, including our admission policies, selection of board members, scholarship programs, and hiring and retention of faculty and staff.
