Cinthya is a fitness enthusiast that has been consistently working out for the past 15 years. Her favorite workouts are AIR and Barre. She thinks that every person should include any form of body-movement, as besides the physical benefits, exercise produces endorphins and endorphins makes people happier. Cinthya has a family of 3 kids. Her husband is an avid rock-climber and her 3 daughters are competitive dancers, so movement is part of her daily family life.She found Air, two years ago and her passion and strong desire to learn everything about it, pushed her to complete 3 Certifications, Yoga, Aerial Yoga and Aerial Fitness. Cinthya is passionate about helping other women, to find the “joy of working out”. She thinks that besides the physical challenge, AIR provides a mental challenge. As students progress on their AIR journey, they will also be challenged to remember the steps of a sequence. In Cinthya's class, you can expect to sweat, have fun, and get stronger!
