West Harford Yoga, in central Connecticut, is a vibrant, creative center where people gather to embrace the spirit of yoga and holistic healing. We offer over 60 classes a week and are privileged to bring world renowned teachers such as Ana Forrest, Tias Little, Sarah Powers and Seane Corn to New England. Our ongoing classes include Power, Hot, Forrest, Kripalu, and Gentle Yoga. Drop-in students are welcome. We also offer the following specialty classes: Pre-natal and Restorative Yoga, WHY Kids, and Meditation. WHY's 200 hour yoga teacher training is offered annually, as are eating disorder workshops taught by Barbara Ruzansky.
