Beyond the Gym is dedicated to helping individuals reach their health and fitness goals through the connection of physical therapy services integrated with professionally guided exercise. It is our goal to bridge the gap between health and fitness. Most people when they are finished with physical therapy have no accountability to continue their exercise program due to a lack of equipment or guidance when discharged. At Beyond the Gym their is a seemless transition from patient to independence in the gym.
