We opened our doors in 2008 to provide authentic yoga in the SF Peninsula. We have created an inclusive community where all levels of practitioners feel welcomed, supported, and empowered. Consistent with yoga philosophy, we built the studio on the principle of Ahimsa (non violence) and, as a result, are highly focused on sustainable practices. We have the best and most experienced yoga teachers on staff who are here to support your practice.
