Lifted Lotus Yoga is a collective of individuals that believe that yoga should be given as freely as possible. We believe that everyone, regardless of age, income level, race, religion or culture should have access to this transformative practice. We offer classes of all ranges from relaxing Yin, Restorative, and Meditation to physically focused Deep Stretch, VinYin and Vinyasa. We even offer Kid Yoga classes. All of our regular classes are offered on a donation bases, meaning give what you can, only if you can. A donation is a sacred offering, supporting the instructor who guides you as well as the beautiful studio space you practice in. We suggest a donation of $5 or more but we will never turn anyone away based on donation amount. We also offer workshops, special events, retreats, private sessions and space rentals. These special offerings are offered at a listed price with most being on a sliding scale, meaning we are adaptable to allow the offerings to fit your budget.​ We look forward to serving you the best way we know how, through the selfless service of yoga.
