True Method Pilates Studio is a fully equipped classical Pilates studio featuring Gratz apparatus. We offer private & duet sessions by appointment. We also offer semi-private (small group) equipment classes including: tower, chair, apparatus (reformer), and mat classes. All instructors have been certified by Romana Kryzanowska and/or a member of her certifying staff.
