Namaste is Truckee's down-home local holistic center. The Yoga classes are alignment oriented, at a comfortable pace, with experienced practitioners. The studio has a comfy and non-intimidating vibe. They offer acupuncture, massage, traditional osteopathic medicine, naturopathic services, Rolfing ®, psychotherapy, marriage and family counseling ,NLP, private yoga classes, massage outcalls, and one-on-one movement sessions.
