Our instructors have over a century of combined experience. You will always find more than one of them in each class, on the mat and ready to help students improve existing skills and learn new ones. Our family-friendly studio accepts students as young as four years old. We also offer various membership packages to suit the needs, schedule constraints, fitness goals and budget of any family or individual.
