At Focus Fitness Pilates, our commitment is to provide one-on-one Pilates apparatus training from a certified classical Pilates instructor. The sessions involve building a strong core abdominals, glutes, and intrinsic posterior muscles while strengthening and stretching muscles in gently transforming ways. Exercises were performed on a Mat & spring driven pilates machines (the reformer) plus use of the pilates tower, barrels & chair with movement flowing, control and deliver it. Pilates is for everyBody desiring increased flexibility and for those who want to move and work pain-free.
