Founder/Educator of Studio 108 Yoga & Healing Center I am a proud father of four wonderful and supportive children. They are the joy of my life! My first in-studio experience was in 2018. It was a very meaningful experience that became the catalyst to start my yoga journey, and ultimately changed my life. have learned tools that help make so many positive changes in my body, mind, and spirit. I wanted to share the benefits of yoga and in December of 2020, I completed my 200 Teacher Training with Half Moon Power Yoga. I am honored and privileged to be the founder of Studio 108 where all are welcome to find their practice and to live an inspired life.
