Hi! My name is Lisa Mull I will be teaching Barre at Studio SPF. I’ve been married to my husband Travis for 26 years. We have two boys Gage (16) and Bode (13). I am an RN with a background in emergency medicine but have worked the last 12 years from home for an insurance company. I have been attending Barre classes at Studio SPF since it opened. I have found barre to be a stress outlet and it has helped me with improved fitness since I sit most of the day at a computer. I completed my Barre Above certification in February 2024. I am excited to lead Barre class where I can share God’s love and encourage you in your fitness journey.
