The Stress Management Center is a therapy-based yoga center—the only one of it's kind in Marin. We serve a community of people with stiff backs, sore knees, some injuries, and a variety of discomforts, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, orthopedic issues, anxiety , depression, weight gain, joint health, and other movement issues. We offer a wide selection of classes, but specialize in one-on-one care.
