The Falmouth Sports Center is a multipurpose facility that has been serving the community since 1974. We feature a modern health club with state of the art cardio equipment, and multiple lines of strength equipment. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly so you can focus on your fitness goals. In addition to the health club, there are 6 indoor and 3 outdoor tennis courts. The tennis club offers leagues, lessons, tournaments, and a multitude of programs. If the health club and tennis do not appeal to you then maybe playing racquetball or taking group fitness classes in our studio. Both the health club and tennis offer a variety of membership options to suit your needs. The Falmouth Sports Center also houses a physical therapy practice that specializes in sports injuries. TJO Sports is the home to two of the most premier baseball facilities in New England. Within our 18,000+ square foot facility in Falmouth, baseball and softball players and coaches of all ages have the chance to develop and learn the game the right way. There is no better place to train and have fun playing baseball.
