Big River Yoga is a local, independently owned yoga studio in the Seward neighborhood of Minneapolis. Our mission is to awaken the consciousness of people to realize our interconnection. We offer a variety of yoga classes for beginners, continuing and advanced students. We also offer restorative yoga, Thai massage classes and a variety of workshops with visiting instructors. Massage therapy compliments our yoga offerings and we specialize in Thai Massage. Our RTT (Registered Thai Therapist) and instructor, Chris Gordon, leads Thai massage trainings.
