Love and belonging are the foundation of all that we offer at Day by Day. Our yoga classes are an opportunity to experience community while finding healing through movement, meditation, and mindfulness. We honor the beauty of body diversity, believing that health and wellness can be experienced at every size. At Day by Day, we believe that yoga creates dual awareness, allowing us to think and feel at the same time. This helps us to consciously respond to situations - utilizing all the parts of the brain - rather than unconsciously reacting with only our survival responses online. Additionally, yoga provides an opportunity to reclaim our relationship with our body and self, bringing healing to our wounds and restoring our sense of wholeness.
