The challenging Inferno Hot Pilates class uses pilates principles, mindfulness, the heat, and H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) with low-impact. The class will strengthen your whole body safely, and keep your heart rate up while helping you burn fat and boost your metabolism! The low-impact design of the class makes it safe for all fitness levels.
