An Arizona native, Gabi has always been an active, well-rounded athlete, with 10 years of personal training experience under her belt. Maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle has always been important to her. Her passion for health and fitness blossomed into helping others experience and find their passion for leading a healthier lifestyle. Gabi received her Bachelor of Interdisciplinary studies at Arizona State University, with concentrations in Small Business and Exercise and Wellness. Upon graduation, she interned and worked for Bob Mathews with Power1k. She is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST), and training with the Pilates Core Integration (PCI).
