Swerve is an Integrative Fitness Center founded in Columbus, Ohio in which has evolved from a Hip Hop Fitness program to a dance and fitness studio. We have brought dance fitness, and strength training, and various forms of dance together in one community centered around dance, exercise, mind, and body. Come and enjoy working out in a non intimidating environment where you will feel a sense of belonging in our fitness family. We provide a culture of accountability, comradery, and inclusivity through dance and fitness. Everyone is welcome in the class regardless of fitness levels or dance skills. Our class schedule includes Swerve Hip Hop Fitness, Tabata, HIIT, Restorative and Trap Yoga, Resistance training, Zumba, BARRE, Small group personal Training, Belly Dance, Kids Hip Hop, Pound, and so much more which differentiates us from traditional dance fitness programs, gyms, or dance studios. Each class provides a level of challenge that beginners are able to build upon and more advanced individuals are able to enjoy as well. We also rent our studio to fitness instructors, personal trainers, and dance instructors in addition to facility for various events, parties, dance, corporate gatherings, and social events.
