Kindall is a former D1 collegiate athlete from the University of Mississippi. After winning a national championship title in college cheerleading, Kindall decided to hang up her poms poms and roll out her yoga mat. She began practicing at home and instantly fell in love with the journey as she found her new passion in the light of yoga! Kindall completed her 200hr yoga certification at Bring It Om and has been leading others in meditative movement since April 2021. Her mission is to guide others in a safe and light-heart practice, all while pushing dynamic growth and exploration of the self. She is an advocate of consistent practice and hopes to create a judgment free space for others to connect, grow, and practice the life long journey of yoga. When Kindall is not on her mat, you can find her posing in front of a camera or strutting her spunk down the runway. She is always excited to share a smile and KIND(ness)to - ALL.
