Our goal is to encourage people to age actively; that is - to be healthy and peaceful, while preventing injury, no matter what your age. We work with our clients to educate them about their health and to show them how they can incorporate activity, flexibility, and calm into their day-to-day living. Our belief is that everyone is capable of “better” …. better movement, increased strength, more flexibility, less stress, and overall better health and peace of mind. Providence provides the tools for you to achieve this goal.  Our classes are designed and taught with the knowledge and professional experience that assist the body in becoming stronger, leaner, younger and more flexible without over stimulating it and pushing the body into a state of inflammation.  Since 2015, Providence has offered Yoga, Pilates, Zumba®, Tai Chi, and Fitness Classes; Personal Training with the exclusive GYROTONIC®  Expansion System and Pilates Reformer Classes and elite massage services with our partnership with New Jersey Massage. Beginning in 2017, we added the renowned Barre Intensity® program and have become a Master Training facility, as we always strive to provide the best for our clients.
