What brought you to yoga? What brought me to yoga was injuries. I was a runner and everything was starting to hurt. So I came to Hot Yoga. It was a far more difficult workout than running ever was lol What do you love about teaching yoga? There are few things that make me happier than teaching, training or being in community at HYR. What I love most about teaching yoga is the student. just the students and the community What do you want people to know about your classes/teaching style? I try to make my classes as authentic and fun as possible. I don’t take myself too seriously,. if I make a mistake I am completely in ownership around it. I think Yoga is a beautiful way to interact with not just your own emotions but with other people. Fun facts about your life outside the studio I’m a complete Disney freak. I shamelessly go every year! I was an actor for 20 years before Ihad my daughter Elizabeth - who I am completely over the top proud of, humbled by and inspired by - and now she and I love to go to Disney every year together. I am also a Pivot accountability coach and I love to help others find the true calling in their life!
