Classes include 30-to-50-minute strength, yoga, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Our Business POWERHOUR is a prospecting platform for go-getter businesspeople to come together for a 30-minute full body HIIT workout followed by 1 hour prospecting. This class offers our members a platform to be held accountable by like-minded bosses that want to build their business. We provide prospecting guides and coaching to ensure that business is growing. Members are encouraged to help others and share their success stories. GOLF Master class is a great way to level up business and surround yourself with business individuals. Our Golf Master Class is a 50-minute strength, stretch and form to improve your golf swing, hit the ball farther and with more accuracy. The class includes an indoor golf simulation training to realize instant gains in your golf game. accountability is included as well as monthly team golf gatherings.
