CHF is California's only medical fitness facility certified by the Medical Fitness Association. Our 12,000 square foot facility features everything from cardio and strength training equipment to group exercise, personal training, yoga, massage, nutrition, Pilates and Silver Sneakers. You'll find everything well-maintained and clean, with EPA registered sanitizing wipes available throughout the facility. Unlike most fitness centers, our instructors and personal training staff hold college degrees in health-related disciplines, with certifications from professional fitness and accredited organizations.
