The Pilates, Therapy and Wellness Center of Westchester was created to help promote healthy balanced living. Our facility offers a number of services that assist you in battling the daily stresses and demands of life. Whether you enjoy exercise, reflexology, the opportunity to improve your body's ability to move through the Feldenkrais method, or need Physical Therapy we offer a relaxing and upbeat environment to assist your needs. Our Physical Therapy philosophy is based on the “entire you.” Rather than just relieving pain, our goal is to treat the whole person, allowing you to achieve the lifestyle you enjoy. Whether your condition is neurological or orthopedic, new or old, we work to heal your injury and improve your fitness level to avoid future injuries using a combination of manual, traditional and sports medicine techniques. The Wellness aspect of our facility provides you with lifestyle education, wellness classes and lectures throughout the year. We want to encourage you to become actively involved in everyday aspects of your own health care. Your needs are specific, we want you to take the time to tailor your care to address all that is unique about you.
