Bar Method leaves clients with a lean, long, and sculpted body through low impact, yet challenging and intense dance conditioning and interval training. Our spa-inspired, high-end 3000 square foot facility includes a full size locker room, multiple showers, all amenities (even razors!), and free ample parking. We currently host hundreds of clients 7 days per week across 60 classes. Our 9 instructors spend much of their downtime studying The Bar Method and preparing classes to challenge our clients to keep them motivated and engaged. We have 6 lovely "bartenders" to greet you at the door and handle any client need you might have. We pride ourselves on providing a warm, welcoming environment with exceptional service to ensure that each visit, our clients receive a consistently fantastic experience.
