I began practicing mat as well as reformer Pilates in 2009. As a previous horseback rider, I found Pilates was a great for my core as well as lower back relief. I also have a special interest in Parkinson’s disease. I believe Pilates is for everybody and everybody. My certification was a comprehensive 500-hour certification program through Club Pilates. I am certified to teach Mat, Reformer, Springboard, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel and Spine Corrector. I am excited to start training on the core align reformer in September of 2024.
