Sarah is a Connecticut native, who has resided in Germany, New Mexico, and Arizona. She is a mother of two children and enjoys adventurous outdoor activities and traveling with her family. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, road and mountain biking, paddle boarding, exploring new food, craft beer, and wine tasting. Sarah has always been fitness minded, having been in cross-country, track, and gymnastics in High School. Sarah also has completed multiple half and full marathons around the world. Additionally, Sarah has taught group fitness and indoor cycling at the Air Force Base when she lived in New Mexico. Sarah found enjoyment, relief, and relaxation in Aerial after being invited by a friend to try it out with them. After a couple classes, Sarah decided to add this new fitness passion to her list of fun ways to stay active. She is excited to share the love of life, health, and happiness with the AIR family!
