I began my yoga teaching journey after a catastrophic injury. I wanted to show others ( and myself) that the practice is for everyone. Each person’s practice is their own and I see myself as a guide - offering possibility. As the years have passed, I have discovered the benefits my practice has had on my mental health and self esteem. My hope is that you find joy, strength, and perhaps something you weren’t even looking for in your practice. My classes tend to be educational and playful - but I do take my playlists pretty seriously. I invite you to get curious and take what you need!
