Since 2004, we have been helping individuals reach their conditioning goals.  Our primary emphasis revolves around developing core stability and balancing our clients' strength and flexibility. We offer small group training and private sessions on the Stott Pilates V2 Max Plus Reformer machines, the Cadillac, Stability Chairs and a Ladder Barrel. We recently moved (July 2017) to a beautiful new space and have added more services. Now our clients can enjoy yoga, infrared heated yoga and AntiGravity Aerial Yoga!
