Steve began his yoga practice watching YouTube videos in his living room as a way to stay active during the pandemic. He started practicing at Highland Yoga after moving to Atlanta in 2021 and it quickly became a daily habit. The philosophical side of yoga really resonated with Steve, and his practice evolved from an exercise to a lifestyle. His aim as a teacher is to empower students with the realization that they are more capable than they think by offering satisfying poses and thoughtful bits of wisdom.
