Jacki RYT 200, Reiki Level 1 Jacki, born and raised in the QC, started to practice yoga as a way to ease anxiety that was brought on by the stresses of a demanding job, in 2007 in Dubuque IA. For Jacki, yoga is the perfect time to reset the mind, focus on being present and in the present moment. Jacki started the Yoga Teacher Training program as a part of the Choose Your Own Path concept in 2019. She wrapped up teacher training just as the pandemic hit and everything shut down. The first class she taught after completing teacher training was a 100% virtual class. Jacki is an early bird and loves to practice first thing in the morning to get the day started. You’ll also find her teaching the same early morning class! Jacki is also a level 1 reiki practitioner. Current class format: Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga
