We have smoothly transitioned into the BEST option for live stream group classes that still offer you coaching and corrections through the screen.   We SEE you, coach to you, and make sure you are in the right position and body alignment.   All our classes are different, none that are alike.  You can take a LIVE class or you can access our On Demand Video Library and take class anytime, as much as you want, and anywhere!   We also offer indoor and outdoor Barre classes.  The 'Social Club' is our way of staying connected - especially during COVID-19.   Friday Night Happy Hours, Cooking Club, and more give you the community you need  and is a place of inclusion and acceptance through all life's challenges..
