D1 Bergen County – North is a state of the art athletic training facility staffed with the highest quality trainers, equipment, courts and turf to best serve both the scholastic and professional athlete as well as adult community. D1's targeted training takes the best methodology available to design results-oriented programs for your unique needs. Our 5-Star program involves planned daily workouts for 5-8 week periods, with frequent updates from our national training panel. We offer Bootcamp and Strength, athletic based training focusing on functional strength and conditioning, power development, core stability and mobility. Scholastic Training: The student athlete has a home at D1. We train Rookie (ages 7-11, Developmental (ages 12-14) and Prep (ages 15-18) athletes to create the foundation for coordination and athleticism, through developing high level power and strength utilizing olympic lifts and advanced speed and agility programming mirroring Division 1 Collegiate programs.
