Rooted Heart is a boutique yoga studio that offers students the chance to feel highly supported on their yoga journey. In contrast to other studios, classes at Rooted Heart are purposefully smaller, ensuring a more personalized experience. Students of all ages and with all levels of yoga experience are welcomed into this community. We provide a unique schedule of group classes encompassing most styles of yoga because we believe in having something for everyone. Additionally, our studio is housed in a wellness center where students will have access to highly qualified health and wellness professionals from a variety of fields.
