Yoga remains an integral part of my life even after years on the mat. An investment of time and energy in my practice has helped me grow stronger, physically and mentally, as well as more grounded and present. The students and teachers at the studio inspire me to push myself towards an ever-changing edge. I completed my 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training with Reyn Studios in New Orleans, Louisiana. I am thankful for the wisdom my teachers have shared with me. In my classes, I seek to combine breath-aware sequencing and a "why not now?" mindset to challenging poses to help you deepen your practice. My hope is that you leave each class feeling accomplished, intentional and aware. When I'm not sweating with you on my mat, I enjoy cooking, practicing law and rooting for the New Orleans Saints.
