Inside Out is a black woman-owned aerial and aerobics studio empowering individuals to unapologetically love themselves INSIDE OUT through alternative fitness. Our goal is to lift the stigma placed on pole and aerial art and make pole, aerial art and dance affordable and accessible for marginalized communities. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to witness all that these art forms can do for individuals INSIDE OUT.
