We offer the most well rounded program in the District with 4 distinct group training options. Our 55 minute HIIT & Run sessions take you through a balanced approach to Strength and Mobility (dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, bodyweight, minibands, and more) and our Endurance Training revolves around running, rowing and airbikes to build your engine and aerobic capacity. Try our Functional HIIT program, which harnesses the power of intervals with a reduced emphasis on running and an increased focus on muscular strength and endurance. Members also have exclusive access to our BREAK|THROUGH program, our advanced classes of either 1 hour of Strength or 1 hour of Endurance training, designed to hyper-focus on specific modalities, demolish plateaus and take your training to the next level! We also offer Small Group Training Packages, with access to our famous Hybrid Athlete and Power Athlete Programs.
